Double click "Outlook Express" or
"Outlook". This is located on your desktop. Please
note that Outlook Express and Outlook 2000 setup the same.

If this is the first time Outlook Express has been
used on your computer, a wizard will begin. Skip to #9.
Otherwise, continue on to # 3.

Click "Tools" located on the top
menu.

Click "Accounts"

Click "Mail" located on the top of
the window that just popped up.

If there are any existing email accounts listed in the
window, click each one once and click "Remove"
located on the right side of the window. Repeat this process
until all of the existing email accounts are removed.

Click "Add"

Click "Mail"

Enter your desired display name in the field provided.
This can be anything you want it to be.

Click "Next"
-
Enter the email address provided to you by us in the
field asking for your email address.

Click "Next"
-
Make sure that the email server is set to "POP3"

For the incoming mail server enter mail.spearnet.net
-
For the outgoing mail server enter smtp.spearnet.net

Click "Next"
-
Enter the account name provided by us in the next
field. Your username.

Enter your password.

Click "Next"
-
Click "Finish"

Click the account labeled "mail.spearnet.net"
once and click "Properties" located on the right side
of the window.

Click the tab labeled "Servers".

At the bottom of that window, click the check box
labeled "My server requires authentication".

Click "Ok".

Click "Close"
